It’s 1982 in the Pacific Northwest and a typical fall day to help a girl shop for a new car. Lisa loves her 1962 Rambler, but knows it may be time to look into a more modern set of wheels. Little does she know that filling up the old car will take her down a road she’s never seen and into a world she’s never imagined.
This one’s free to read and share. This story was written in 1982 and just unearthed recently from my archives. It’s not a science fiction tale, but an odd tale of a portal between this world and the next.
