The Covers

Durt Cover

DURT

From my mind. Though my fingers.

Into the mind of the artist and onto the screen. Or something like that. It’s a race on the moon. An illegal street race…where there ain’t no streets.

Compliments to Sarah Hedges for rendering this concept.

Claustrom Cover

CLAUSTROM

Do you like the cover?  I sure do.  It came from the mind of Ivo.

Ivo seems to be online most of the time.  He studied History and Archaeology and is a self-professed Sci-fi addict. Based on his work and creative mind, I don’t doubt it. Feel free to shout out to him on his Artstation site or his Instagram account. I’m sure he’d like to hear from you.

Tuck Cover

TUCK

This is a short story that I offer for no additional cost, so I opted to design it myself.  Partly because I wanted to see how long it would take.  And partly because I didn’t want to pay for something I was giving away for nothing.  This was a product of GIMP, with the additional starship graphic by Dan Durda

Backstage cover

BACKSTAGE

My second do-it-yourself cover.  Another GIMP experiment supporting my promotional giveaway sample from Claustrom.  So what if it’s only a chapter?  It’s still an ebook, right?  This is the shortest of my book offerings.

Ten Bucks Cover

TEN BUCKS

A new cover for an old story.  I used Pixelmator to put this one together.  Another “freebie,” this is a creepy story set in 1982.  I actually wrote it in 1982.  It’s not a sci-fi story, but along those lines. This motion-enhanced image came from photographer Rich Anderson: an abandoned gas station in Pilot Point, Texas, taken in 2009.  When you start out with creepy, it’s not too long a walk from there.
